Mother’s Day

Mother’s Day flowers from my mom and dad.  My favorite colors!  Thank you :)

Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

For the fruit:

2 boxes strawberries

4 stalks rhubarb

1/4 c flour

3/4 c honey

For the crisp:

1 stick butter

1/2 c flour

1/2 c brown sugar

1 c oats

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

Bake at 400 deg for 35-45 mins.  Inspired by Martha’s rhubarb crisp recipe (of course).
