 Nora and I had a lot of fun thrifting on Saturday. This is one of my purchases ($6/3 knives) from the Thrift Shop for the Blind in Kensington. They are porcelain handled, brass, fruit(?) knives. They are marked “Bohemia” on the brass. Does that mark mean they are Czech? They are so pretty! I [...] Here is the Kitchenaid (breast cancer awareness mixer) I have always wanted to replace my white one when it dies (It is about 14 years old now and still going strong, but it is the smallest, least powerful model). Yesterday, my friend N asked me if I’d seen the new hot pink mixer. WHAT? This [...] New dish towels and bowls from Homegoods and new paper/journal for my lists plus lovely, floral paper muffin cups all from Michel’s dollar section (which is now $1.50 section ). Super cute. |
