 So I am going to show you something a bit scary. This was my bedroom earlier today. I would have taken more pics of this craziness but my camera was out of memory. Let me just sum up…it looked like this or worse in every direction. We don’t have a laundry room in this [...] Now organized by color. I really didn’t have time to do this this, but laundry and dishes and food prep becomes tiresome sometimes. Before… Ewwww! My cookbooks before. After: Yep, I arranged them by color for fun last night. I feel so much better. What else can I organize by color? [...] I have come up with a schedule for myself! It has taken me a while to adjust to not homeschooling and not having the boys with me at all times. I have had a MUCH needed break this year (but we are undecided about school for next year). So in order to help manage my [...] Ready for summer colors and clothes. YAY! Feeling inspired by the colors of this 10+ year old embroidered shirt I have. This is linen and it is lined and fully embroidered in bright colors. I have always dry cleaned this as the label recommended…but the white linen is very yellowed now (especially around [...] So I got out all my Spring clothes yesterday and rearranged my closet (started putting away my winter stuff, I usually wait until April 1 for this, but I thought I’d get it done now since I don’t know how soon Mila will be here). I was so tired of looking at my winter stuff. [...] Here is the after: Cute, right? And yes, that is the 1951 newly refurbished Singer: It is finally organized to the point where I think everything is fairly accessible and tidy. I have more sewing bins etc in the basement but I have a really good plan for them.
